Padmashree Mohanlal is all set to do the role of Ayappan Pillai Madhavan Nair aka Nairsan in a Japanese film titled 'Nair San' which has a budget of around 15Million$.The Film also has Jackie Chan who will do the role of a protector to Mohanlal's character.The film is directed by Albert,A Malayalam movie director Albert,who had earlier directed Critically Acclaimed 'kanne Madangukka',which recieved a lot of attention and awards.Albert had sent the concept script to Jackie Chan’s office and got a positive report from him. Later, he went to Hong Kong and is reported to have met Chan when he was at India to launch Dasavatharam's Music.


Nairsan, whose real name is Ayyappan Pilla Madhavan Nair, was born to a tamil Brahmin father and malayalee mother. He was born and bought up in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. Even during school days, Nairsan and his friends fought against the British rulein India. Later he was forced to leave to Japan via Sri Lanka and continued the fight against British rule from there.The movie will have Nairsan's entire Japanese life and will show his sincere attempts to overthrow the British government.




The whole story of 'Nair San' revolves around Ayyapan Pillai Madhavan Nair,who in Japan happens to be known as NairSan. Japanese actress Shunsuken Matosuoka will probably star opposite Mohanlal.Film will be seen depicting the era between 1920 and 1970.The film will be shot mainly in Mongolia Japan and Hong kong,The film will be released in Japanese Chinese and English.Shooting all set to start by September,as the works on the Japanese Dialogues are going on.The English Screenplay has been already completed.Stunt choreography of the film is by Jackie Chan team.Director Albert, who is leaving for Japan next week, will meet JC Stunt team to discuss about the rehearsals and other preparations needed for the fight scene.

Mohanlal has given a 125 date Schedule for the film,which will be after he finishes his ongoing projects like Kurukshetra.
The movie will have 3 tracks by AR Rahman.of which two will be Japanese and one Mongolian.The film has a budget of around 60 Crores($15 Million) and the Morphous group from the Middle East is funding the project.
